This wonderfully decadent fruited wild ale was made as a collab with Dear Hill Brewing.
The man part is wild ale matured on Chardonnay barrels for 12 months, meanwhile blackcurrant juice was fermented with house Brett cultures. In blending we decided to add a touch of "Tableau" to further enhance the freshness of this beer.
